I have worked as an Organisational Consultant, both in the private and public sector. I integrate systemic and management theories and practice to offer consultation to teams, groups and agencies in relation to strategy and organisational development, change management, systemic leadership and reflective practice.
Between 2010 – 2012 I worked on the ‘Olympic Games 2012’ strategy development project, offering consultation to multicultural agencies in Europe and Asia. During 2012-2014 I supported the development of the ‘Health Wealth and Happiness’ project at Terrence Higgins Trust, offering psychosocial, medical and employment support to individuals living with HIV aged 50 or over. This was subsequently mainstreamed.
In 2020 I served as a scientific advisor for the production of the podcast series Sex Education, developed through the collaboration of Onassis Stegi and POD.GR, which delivered 12 psycho-educational podcasts focusing on developmentally appropriate sex education themes for youth 16+. The project focused on consulting with producers, presenters and developers and delivering current evidence-base data and approaches related to contraception, sexuality, gender identity development, bullying, body image difficulties, sexually-transmitted infections etc.
I offer consultation to teams, organisations and service development in the public and private sector.
