Couple therapy

Couple therapy is a form of psychotherapy that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. Couple therapy can help with a wide range of relationship issues, including but not limited to, recurring conflicts, feelings of disconnection, infidelity, difficulties related to a couple’s sex life, challenges arising from external issues and substance misuse.

As couple therapists, we approach couple therapy through systemic, Emotional Focused Couple Therapy and psychodynamic lenses, aiming to support partners connect with underlying hopes and fears, so they can gain better clarity and improve their attachment and bonding.

Sometimes couples come to therapy hoping to find better ways of communicating or to negotiate boundaries, either through a process of further strengthening or deciding to end their relationship.
